- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12208935, 2 months agoNow I have Relay, I can no longer log in to Amazon and pay for my purchases. This is completely unacceptable, so I will have to switch Relay off. Total waste of time.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Goofy3696, 4 months agoMozilla's Mask email addresses are incompatible with a lot of websites. Which is a major inconvenience. Also, because of this service, a ton of important emails get filtered to my Gmail's SPAM folder. Setting up an email address for non-personal use is quite easy and the ability to reply is not hidden behind a paywall.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Morten, 4 months agoThe devs should know that almost no websites will accept email addresses with random combos of letters and numbers, like cw98sdy2u@mozmail.com!! Some sites even seem to block mozmail.com. At the very least, let us pick something that resembles a real email!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19096526, 4 months agoThis is so complicating to use. I can't find how I can mask my email when I can't even put it in my Samsung email app on my Mac. This is absolutely a no go. Just can't use it. Disappointing.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Lilly, 4 months agoI have only ONE email address so why is this so complicated? That also means I have only password. So WHY is this so complicated...constantly being told to "log in" when I am obviously already logged in!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18447677, 5 months agoGitHub would not accept the mozilla.com address. I changed it to FireFox.com and it accepted it. But I got no confirmation email from Mozilla. What should I do?

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13231450, 6 months agoTest et ne fonctionne pas, donc retiré, en plus, alors que je ne me suis jamais servi de cette extension, on me dit que mes 5 essais ont déjà été utilisés... Merci du temps perdu !
- Rated 1 out of 5by James P, 7 months agoi am sooooo confused. not everyone is tech savvy, especially those of use who are 76 years old. no videos that outline how to use relay? I need this service... ive been hacked more times than the population of china, even had someone file an income tax return and GET the money and I had to prove it wasn't me. But now I regret purchasing the premium but I guess i'll give it few more days before digging a grave and crawling in. Nervous breakdown #465

posted 8 months agoSorry you're not happy. We haven't changed the add-on in 2 years, but if you need help with something in Firefox check out support.mozilla.org. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18779400, 9 months ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Adam Shepherd, 9 months agoMost of the time, when I click on a field with an email prompt for login, the Firefox Relay plugin covers the entire page, and cannot interact with the page. I either must choose an alias with it, or have to remove the focus of the email field. I mean I know using my actual email address can be a security concern, but it cannot be so much of a concern, that I may not allow it to use it?! And I rarely use it anyway. Can't recommend this plugin like this.
- Rated 1 out of 5by nope, 9 months agoRelay is forwarding to an email account that does not exist on my mozilla account. There is no way to change it. Insecure.

posted 8 months agoCan you go thru https://support.mozilla.org/products/relay to file a support request for this? We definitely don't want to forward emails to an address that's not on your account!
