- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18269499, 2 years agoEvery time I go to add on the 1Password add-on, it will not do so. It doesn't automatically load the password as Firefox did before I added the 1Password add-on. Now, to enter a password, it's at least a 2-step process when before I tried to add this to Firefox, it was a 0-step process.Developer responseposted 2 years agoThanks for leaving us a review. This would be best suited for our Support team. If you could send an email to support@1password.com, we'd be happy to work with you and get 1Password working the way it should.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Leo Nachman, 2 years agoUX sucks. Blocking competing sign-in popups feature works really (not) great: it doesn't block LastPass when you enable it, and it blocks Firefox built-in manager when it's disabled.Developer responseposted 2 years agoThanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you're not enjoying 1Password 8, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. If you reach out to our team at support@1password.com, we'd be happy to work with you and answer any questions or concerns you have.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Gabby, 2 years agoMinus one star as there is no option to not lock one password. As someone with a single user desktop, this is more an annoyance coming from Bitwarden but enough to make me rethink.Developer responseposted 2 years agoHey Gabby! If you have both the 1Password Extension and the desktop app installed you can connect the extension to the app and then set 1Password's auto-lock to "Never" under Settings > Security > Auto-lock in the 1Password desktop app to achieve the sort of behavior you're looking for.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Andy M., 2 years agoThe browser extension used to lock and unlock with the primary app, but that's apparently not working any longer. The extension seems to want to work, but it just doesn't fill in fields, so I almost always just ignore it. I wouldn't bother with this extension, it really doesn't work well.Developer responseposted 2 years agoThanks for leaving us a review. This would be best suited for our Support team.
