Does what it says and does it well. However, one does need to have the audio playing in order to change the volume. It would be better if one could change it wasn't playing.

Definitely boosts volume on my cheap sound bar. Best I have seen yet. Thanks Guys

I would give this a 4.5. The only thing I would add is the ability to set it and forget it for a website. Most of the videos I've seen on youtube are too low of volume.
