- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18004834, a year agoOverwrites affiliate/referral links/cookies, poaching untold amounts of ad link revenue from content creators that influenced a purchase to begin with. Fails to offer most available, valid public coupon codes on stores partnering with Honey. DOES offer up customer-unique or group-exclusive codes NOT meant for public use on stores NOT partnered with Honey, costing small, independent stores significant revenue in a racketeering-like scheme.

- Rated 1 out of 5by danger89, a year agoIt's a lie and scam! Referral links will be replaced by PayPal referral (Honey is owned by PayPal). Yes you hear that right. This browser extension will override referral link and cookies in order to get the referral link, instead of the original referral link you might have clicked on.
Honey will also worse discount codes, since the partners can control the discount codes, to show worse discounts or nothing at all. To think there is no better deal, while there might be.
This should be illegal. How can this add-on be still active? - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18744852, a year agoA complete scam that steals money from users and affiliates. Exposed by MegaLag.

- Rated 1 out of 5by RyanJ, a year agonever got to use my gold, they said I had to link a PayPal account but there was no way to actually do that. Then turns out it's just a straight scam, they don't find the best deals, they let the store owners restrict deals they'll present to you, and they steal affiliate revenue from people who actually refer you.
Straight SCAM on all fronts - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18744844, a year agoJUST EXPOSED AS A SCAM. UNINSTALL NOW.
Source: "Exposing the Honey Influencer Scam" on YouTube - Rated 1 out of 5by Haydn, a year agoTHIS IS A SCAM!! Have used this extension for years with very little to show for it. Was immensely disappointed to find out the sneaky deals Honey is doing behind the scenes. If you haven't already, go watch Megalag's video about Honey on YouTube that explains everything
