- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18744597, a year agoThis extension without your permission changes refferal link to use their instead of any creator or person that linked you to the site. So if a creator would get a small bonus from you using their link, honey is stealing that bonus upon interacting with the extension

- Rated 1 out of 5by SpoonsYT, a year agoWill fraudulently apply their own affiliate codes whenever you make online purchases and use the plugin for coupons. Before even finding that out, it hardly ever worked. Do not download.

- Rated 1 out of 5by marsmelo, a year agothey don't actually apply coupons they advertise they do. it takes me a few seconds to find coupons via an online search whereas honey doesn't list them and if requested they don't add the coupons to the database. they control which coupons if at all they show and then claim they applied any and all coupons that are listed online which is a lie. they also do sponsorships/commission work to have people advertise their add on then do not pay them the promised amount. it also takes other non related commission work by overriding the affiliation link at checkout regardless if they're involved in the sale. i understand that if this actually is legal through some weird loophole then i may be in the wrong but i feel as though even if it's not illegal, what they're doing is extremely shady.

When using Honey while shopping via an affiliate link, Honey will overwrite the affiliate cookie so that it gets the revenue, thereby stealing it from the actual affiliate.
There is a video by MegaLag with over 2 million views exposing this (just search "MegaLag Honey" on Youtube). - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18744551, a year ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Alter, a year agoEvery click on Honey at the end of a sale redirects sponsorships to Paypal, even if you clicked on an Affiliate link from a creator you wanted to support. They're sneaky thieves.
