Privacy Policy – KeyBid Puls (Firefox extension)

Who we are

KeyBid Puls is a browser extension that displays estimated annual ROI for real-estate listings on public websites (e.g., Storia, Imobiliare, OLX) and offers an option to purchase a professional PDF report. The extension is operated by KeyBid (keybid.ro).

What data the extension processes

The extension reads only public information from the page you visit (listed price, surface area, location, listing text, labels). These data are used solely to calculate and display ROI.

We do not collect and do not access your personal data (name, email, accounts, passwords, messages, etc.).

We do not record your browsing history and do not track your activity across sites.

Local storage

We use storage.local only for preferences (e.g., show/hide badge, last selected city, currency).

We do not store PII. You can delete locally stored data anytime from your browser settings.

Communication with the KeyBid server

For certain calculations (e.g., real-time market calibration), the extension may send to keybid.ro public values extracted from the page (price, surface, city / approximate coordinates, property type) to receive an ROI or recommended rates.

Requests are sent over HTTPS. We do not send third-party site cookies and we do not read third-party cookies.

Payments and PDF reports

When you click “Download PDF Report”, you are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout initiated by keybid.ro.

Payments are processed by Stripe; KeyBid does not receive your card details. Order metadata may include the public listing URL and technical parameters of the report (e.g., property type).

The report is generated on our server and delivered by email or download link. For this purpose, you may voluntarily provide an email address.

Analytics and tracking

The extension does not integrate analytics platforms, does not inject tracking scripts, and does not use fingerprinting.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Permissions

activeTab / tabs: read the current page’s content and open windows/tabs to keybid.ro (checkout, report).

storage: save local preferences.

Host permissions: only on the supported public domains (Storia, Imobiliare, OLX) to extract public listing data.

Your rights
