With the Vialer browser extension, you can add Click-to-Dial to your browser. To use this extension, you need a VoIP user account.

Click-to-Dial
The extension recognizes telephone numbers in your browser. You can easily click on the telephone icon next to the number, after which your VoIP telephone, webphone, mobile app, or other soft client automatically calls the telephone number.

Due to new guidelines, we must reduce the browser extension to one that focuses entirely on Click-to-Dial. Features from previous versions of the browser extension, such as Queue Status, Availability Management, and Colleague Status are still available in the Webphone, mobile app, and portal.
